Extended Software Support
SysDev Laboratories offers optional extended software support for its products. The basic software support (included for free with each non-freeware products) and include software license management and support, explaination of software functions, basic assistance in directions of software use in particular cases.
Extended Support is the paid support option and it includes professional services assistance in using of the software.
For data recovery cases, Extended Support assumes remote logical data recovery assistance and completion it using ordered software.
To whom the service can be provided
The service is available for software general license legal owners. To be eligible for Extended Support the Customer has to:
- Order general Personal or Business license for a software;
- Read and accept the terms and conditions of Extended Support Addendum for general software license;
- Order Extended Software Support credits as per p. 1(f) of End User License Agreement with Extended Support Addendum.
The entire process
The legal owners of our software are not obligated to purchase extended support option: the basic support is included into general software license fee.
In case of emergency or leak of expertise in completing an operation, the Customer may order Extended Support software license with necessary amount of support credits and request professional services assistance.
The qualified person from SysDev Laboratories staff will contact the customer for the operation completion.
In case of data recovery services the Extended Support support credits will be used only in case of successful completion of data recovery.
The services are provided under Extended Support remotely with the Remote Support Pack according to Service Pricing.
